whack: replace WHACK_MAGIC with CRC of whack version
This this only the whack from the same version matches and other
whacks can only perform shutdown/status. Looking at history,
the whack struct always changes.
See #1709 whack shutdown should not attempt to pickle any of the strings,
in case of different versions of whack
