    ipsec interface: append physical device to interface name in logs

    for instance ipsec1@eth0 or ipsec0[16384]@eth1

    this highlights a bug - when a connection is re-oriented
    the ipsec-interface doesn't get rebuilt

    see #1807 create kernel ipsec-interface (pseudo device) during orient?

    ipsec interface: add {str,jam}_ipsec_interface(), use

    Outputs "ipsecN", except on linux when ipsec-interface=0, when
    it outputs "ipsec0[16384]" exposing the remap hack.
