x509: diag("{peer,our} certificate ...") when rejecting the alt-name
cert_verify_subject_alt_name() is called when verifying the
peer's ID and certificates, and when verifying the local ID and
the IDr suggested by the peer (aka tarzan).
fix #1690 cert_verify_subject_alt_name() logs assume it is
operating on the peers certificate
