testing kvm: allow MAKE variables on the command line
For instance:
./kvm check KVM_NETBSD=true
will invoke:
make kvm-check KVM_NETBSD=true
overriding Makefile.inc.local.
Used by the web code.
SOP is to put KVM_NETBSD=true in Makefile.inc.local.
