testing web: use $(KVM_BRANCH_TAG) and $(KVM_BRANCH_NAME)
use these to build result directory names of the form:
$(KVM_BRANCH_NAME)-$(git rev-list --count
${KVM_BRANCH_TAG)..$(HASH))-g$(HASH)
for instance:
5.1.90-92-g041899b3d9
which means the web test result names are independent of
libreswan's branches and tags.
