testing kvm: honour KVM_TEST_MEMORY and KVM_$(OS)_TEST_MEMORY
With the default (in MiB) is:
KVM_TEST_MEMORY=512
to increase the default, either override that or use more specific:
KVM_LINUX_TEST_MEMORY=1024
KVM_FEDORA_TEST_MEMORY=1024
say
see #1866 configure test VM memory using a make variable; and increase it
to 1g for fedora/linux?
