kernel: move kinfo code to kernel_info.[hc]
- don't declare <<extern kinfo>> in .c files!
- replace kinfo with kernel_ge(OS, MAJOR, MINOR, PATCH)
- don't overflow ver[] array
- add/use sparse_name kinfo_os_name
- log parse results
