testing web tester.sh: overhaul
- simplify generating commits.json
always generate everything
drop any unused fields
- always update all result directories
assume data is stable
- show branches in summary page
look for |, subtle
- highlight branches, tags, and merged
was broken
- sort commits topologically (not by date)
was mis-ordering old cherry-picks
- handle tests using a merged all.console.txt
see #1836 support commands from a single input file, and results to a
single output file
