ipsec connectionstatus: update jam functions
- rename jam_end_client() to jam_end_spd()
only works with SPDs
- pass struct connection_end into jam_end_id()
should be struct host_end but I digress, see #1973
- pass struct host_end into jam_end_nexthop()

sourceip: factor end_sourceip() out spd_end_sourceip()
only looks at the child config and not the SPD
