testing x509: eliminate last pyOpenSSL CRL code from dist_certs.py
close #2001 DeprecationWarning: CRL support in pyOpenSSL is deprecated.
You should use the APIs in cryptography.
... or, better, just dump pyOpenSSL's CRL code and use NSS's crlutil
