testing KVM: switch debian-11 to a 32-bit binary
Note: virt-install is confused by 32-bit Debian DVDs.
Given --osinfo debian11 it can't find the kernel on
the ISO. Specifying linuxNNN seems to get around this.
close #2050 add a 32-bit GLIBC build
