testing: drop nss-cert-02-eku and nss-cert-02-eku-combined
The problem is that the these tests expects the certs usage-client,
usage-server, and usage-both have incomplete EKUs but instead (going
back to v4_maint) the certs have the full:
X509v3 Extended Key Usage:
TLS Web Server Authentication, TLS Web Client Authentication
which means that the tests are no different to interops using east,
west, et.al.
