testing kvm: move build domains back to $(KVM_LOCALDIR) aka /tmp
This stops the transient test domains writing to a real disk.
close #2242 move build domains (linux, fedora, netbsd, ...) back to
$(KVM_LOCALDIR) aka /tmp
