Merge testing kvm: make optional NFS/gateway interface last

The BSDs were using the first interface - eth0 say - for NFS.
This shuffles things so that the BSDs instead use ethN+1 for NFS
(where the interfaces eth0..ethN are identical between linux and
    BSD domains).

close #2583 make eth[01] same on both 9p and NFS VMs

testing kvm: re-work systemd hostname hacks

    i.e., "fedora", "linux", "debian"

    - drop NFS specific network configs

      no longer needed

    - remove /etc/hostname during transmogrify

it stops systemd.hostname= on kernel cmdline working
      (can it be completely dropped)

hostname now comes from: kernel cmdline, or hostnamer.sh,
      or zzz.eth0.network:Hostname= setting

    - add zzz.eth[0-2].network configs as fallbacks
