testing kvm: add BOOT command
for instance:
./kvm boot basic-pluto-01
it boots the domains needed to run the specified test.
(remember "east" could really be debianeast, the script
handles that).
It also:
- logs in
- cd's to the test's directory
- puts the terminal into a sane mode
