testing kvm: after running a single test, make terminals sane
Before running a test, the VM's terminal is put into NOECHO mode
(it stops the prompt squabbling with the output). When
running a single test, and not shutting down, this would leave
the terminal in a strange state (./kvm sh ... handles this,
but not virsh console).
Change things so that, after running a single test, the VM's
terminal is made SANE.
