Completely not answering your question, but you can install
their repo from
https://download.libreswan.org/binaries/ and use yumdownloader
to pull the compiled package and then install it
afterwards.
I need repository available over http, not https to be able cache it
locally.
Is it possible?
Why can you not grab it over https?
wget -r -np https://download.libreswan.org/binaries/rhel/6/
I already answered to this question, and, considering you are not going
to enable http anyway,
I do not see any reason to answer again.
If you are saying you install this on many machines internally, then
just having your own libreswan.repo file pointing to your http://
copy (obtained via the above wget command) should work.
We are not inclined to start offering HTTP services. One should
consider HTTP to be obsolete, just like FTP.
Well, OK , I know this position, it is wrong, but exists.
Time will show that you are wrong :-)
