I contacted the seller and he added text to his auction stating that the image was not the actual figure he was selling and, I believe, included the URL of my page. So not everyone on eBay is unreasonable. OTOH, I stamp all scans I make specifically for eBay with "lkseitz" (my eBay i.d.) so others can't use them.
