This will be a great feature, once eSnipe finally gets everybody on the new version. (They've been migrating accounts "over the next few weeks" for about a year now.) True, like Fortran says, it doesn't guarantee you a low price, it just improves your chances of a win... but isn't that the goal with collectibles anyway?
