On Paypal:

I wouldn't even consider someone who ISNT verified.  That's why they have a verification process. :)  You are taking your own risks otherwise.  Really, Paypal gets such a bad rap, all because of two things - people who rip people off, and people who say how much the who operation sucks if it happens to happen to them.  I've been a paypal member for 3.5 years now and have never had a single little problem what so ever.  Of course, OF COURSE problems are going to occur.  Not everyone in this world is honest.  You have to be careful, very careful who you deal with; just like real life.  It's no different.  Good lord if I abandoned/bashed everything that I had one bad experience with, there'd be a lot of things I don't do anymore!  I don't deal with anyone with less than 10 or 20 Ebay positive feedbacks and they must also be verified paypal members with at least a handful of transactions with other verified members as well.

From reading ProPay's FAQ it looks like they charge $0.35 + 3.5%.

Ok guess I should have checked further folks :( Sounds similar to paypal expense wise, actually a bit more. As for safety again I'd have to check further, if you  have to provide bank acct (makes sense, how else would they pay you), then might be subject to "unauthorized withdrawals" if someone did try a chargeback. Would have to ask, C2it told me they don't do chargebacks but I guess they are going out of business. I'll still use paypal but will require verified only and delivery confirm and insurance unless it is someone I know and/or trust.
