This guy's paranoia over e-mail monitoring is over the top. However, while his reply regarding your request was too extreme (particularly demanding cash for an international order), I think he is justified in refusing. I am only a very small time seller on eBay. While early on I did mark some international items as gifts, I was uncomfortable doing it. I have since decided not to, but I clearly state this in my auction terms. Therefore, if a bidder doesn't like it, he doesn't have to bid. -- Lee K.
