B3, There's not a 'golden button' that will translate your header for
you.  Some people use external XML files to house the different
translations of the flash text content.  Then depending on the
language the flash swf pulls in the respective xml file of that
language.  There are also multiple other methods for doing what you
are trying to accomplish.

I'd suggest that you find a flash forum as I feel more of your
problems lie in getting flash to swap the content (ie, language).  If
I'm wrong I apologize, but from the sounds of your posts I would point
you in this direction.
