B3, I know this is probably not what you want to hear but I'd suggest
spending some time just familiarizing yourself with the language and
the environment.  I know tutorials can be mind numbingly boring
sometimes but when you're just starting out they can give you a good
solid grasp on the way things work within a programming language and/
or environment.

I'd suggest checking into some tutorial sites that offer 30day free
trials, I think Lynda.com offers a trial.  A day or two with those
tutorials and you'll be approaching Flash Master status!

Jest aside, it is important that you get a foundation before
attempting to accomplish what your attempting.  As you said you don't
know what to ask, getting the foundation will help you know what to
ask.

Only then grasshoppa will you find the truth which you seek.  ;~!)
