The idea would be to create deep links in the address bar with swfaddress which is turn loads XHTML conentent.
In both articles there is still only 1 "shell" set which loads other content. You would create a html page per deep link ( or use php etc to dynamically generate the content) which would invoke the right content loading in you swf. This way both Google and users can get to the content. Hope that makes sense.
