IE still shows the swf at 100% without the CSS - the CSS is just to unsure
FF does the right thing.

Here is a test page which works with an external CSS file for me in FF:

I thought of that but for the swf to show up (at 100% as defined in
the external CSS page) in IE it would seem to me that the pathing to
the CSS file is correct, no?  (I've triple checked pathing btw).

Hence it seems more likely that in Firefox it is not available when I
need it (for some reason).  Given that I can just leave the in page
header CSS in place this is not a big issue but . . . .
