currently
1) your page has no swfobject.js the page can't find it
2) then your swfobject setup will look for the swf file here
http://www.jackpinewebdesign.com/menu.swf - which it won't find - see how I
have altered the code below

if the swfobject file is in a folder js in the root of your site  and the
menu is where it was - firebug found both of these issues ~ it will help you
loads :) available for either OSX or windoze ~ it will list js error and
missing files (it has add-ons of its own but 1 step at a time :] )

or you can try various files in turn
