For FF to work with 100% sizing, you need the CSS as described with FA #1.
If you don't most likely the minimum size restrictions for the
ExpressInstall dialog are not being met, and it is never displayed.

You shouldn't need any modifications to the FAQ#1 example code in order to
display ExpressInstall.

BTW, it seems possible to work around this issue by setting movie
width and height to explicit values and using CSS to set the movie to
100%. This is similar to the FAQ answer 1 (http://code.google.com/p/
swfobject/wiki/faq), only that the width of html and body must be set
to 100%, too.

This solution does not seem clean, though.
