I still have a f'ing white box appear when I use SWFObject and I haven't been able to figure out how to change that, regardless of what background color I change where, so I just tell the occasional client that asks, "Yeah, Flash does that" and they never ask again. I guess I might have a reason to upgrade to CS4 after all.
Thanks for the responses. I, personally, am not capable of understanding the API. I've been trying for years.
