Having SWFObject and jQuery as preloaded libraries on your site (a permanent
part of your head file) would probably be a good thing to recommend if you
have that little control over the output.

That's just a thought, anyway.  I still don't know what you mean by version
19, I didn't think Flash went that high.  (i.e. version 10 or somesuch)
