I see you have the base param swfobject is working but something else is
awry somewhere
I noticed that the banner_home.xml is not found its location is really
http://precision.thenetforward.com/flash/banner_home.xml

perhaps you actionscript is by passing the base param using absolute paths
and so loading /banner_home.xml rather than banner_home.xml
