Whether the css is inline or not, SWFObject WILL overwrite the TopBanner
<div> (at the end of the day, the browser interprets inline and external css
the same way and applies it to the same DOM elements).

While the overwriting is happening there will be a moment where the swf
hasn't been written to the apgte yet (network lag, plug-in init time etc)
where there will be no height defined. By defining the heigh in the wrapper
div, you can assure that the layout will remain consistent no matter what
the child elements are doing...
