While I agree with Nathan in principle, the OP was simply asking whether or not anyone had determined if SWFObject was in fact, broken, for IE9 BETA. The extension to that being, when/if IE9 support would be rolled into SWFObject.
That said, Nathan's response does have merit -- you will want to verify that your intended setup works on other officially supported browser/platform combinations. If it does and it appears that IE9 Beta is the issue, posting the issue at:http://code.google.com/p/swfobject/issues/list This probably the best start, as the development team will be able to give you a quick, "Yeah we know, we're not paying attention to it until IE9 is closer to release." vs. "Thanks for letting us know."
