John, I know you were probably looking for a simple yes/no question
here, but SWFObject is just some javascript code.  There is no
licensing agreement (that I'm aware of) that would prevent you from
using it in multiple places.  Since it's just code (basically a text
file) that you are downloading via <script> tags, it can be hosted
anywhere.

Some people prefer to use google's hosted libraries because google
probably has better web service than you do.  :)  However, some people
get really antsy about hosting their code anywhere but their own
website because it represents a place where their code "could break."

I personally would recommend using the google version, but to each their own.
