swfobject does allow you to setup a callback (for either static or dynamic
and including createSWF too)

however I think you would be better off setting up some actionscript witihin
your flash,
as this may be a better way to ensure that the animation has played.

but if you take this route it is a question for some other forum eg kirupa
as it
deals with flash from within rather the object within a page
