An additional note: In talking to my marketing/business people, our customer service has apparenlty fielded several calls before which involved people who could not view our content as a result of missing the flash plugin. They happily installed it (with our help) and were then able to view our content. Our content does target an older, less-computer-savy demographic, so I guess the point is that some people just legitimatley have never installed flash, and I can't assume that "since they don't have it they don't want it".
