It's good to be precise :).
When I use the word "proprietary" I mean technology which is exclusive to 
its owner - therefore not an open standard, such as Javascript, CSS or HTML, 
for example. I believe the philosophy behind WWW imposes open standards and 
that's why Flash is dying off...

I don't think I'll go the FlashDeveloper way,... I managed to decompile my 
SWF file and edit it with a trial product so, problem solved. 

@The <object> tag used to display plugins such as swfs within browsers does 
not have a rotation property to use. Therefore how would you expect 
SWFObject to have a param for this?
Javascript makes miracles happen!! :)
