I just did a test on rotating a div that contains a swf. The swf is not
being rotated: http://mynarcik.com/flash_rotate/

The swf on the left is the normal swf. The container on the right is the
same swf but the wrapper div is being rotated with CSS (disclaimer: I have
not checked this in all browsers, works in Chrome). Don't think this is
what you are after. I am pretty sure that jquery/js will result in the same
way, so you might be stuck with having to use some Flash Development to get
what you want.
