[Swftools-common] non-http links not converted in pdf2swf

HI,

Does pdf2swf not convert links like www.domainname.com and only
converts http://www.domainname.com. I have one pdf with non http://
links that are not preseved in the output swf.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
