[Swftools-common] Disable internal links

Hello,
I've a PDF file with an index table and those index have links to some pages of 
the PDF. I'd like know if that's possible to only disable internal links when 
converting PDF to SWF?
I've tried disablelinks option but it disable external links too. I only want 
to disable external links.
Any idea ?
