[Swftools-common] Links not working

I just downloaded the newest version and gave it a try on a 88 page PDF file
with hyperlinks.  I used the single page viewer to export them as single
pages but the links that are in the PDF do not work once it has been
converted.  I am using the Windows version and not the server version.
