He's already mirrored it on various servers outside of Switzerland. Stupid detail: some of the URLs you have to DNS-lame-delegate are actually .ch servers! But instead of asking SWITCH to just remove the NS entries or delete the domain, they go to each provider... Of the rest, some have already fallen to domain-grabbers... This is soooo stupid. Besides, our resolvers don't accept queries from all over the world. There's no way to verify other than buying a subscription from us... As they say in the US: your tax-dollars at work. Big mistake of the guy: he attacks and offends some judges...
