Got the same and did do a little bit of research on it. The
number was rented (?) by sunrise to a client. This client is
scanning whole ranges of IPs and hopes for a lucky punch, i.e.
that someone is calling the number.

The only thing you can do is to ask your telecom-company to
block 900-numbers...
