Mr de Verra from UVEK/BDA state that his departement is only responsible for "Ueberwachung/Surveillance".
He also suggested that if we do not agree with this "order" we should write a "template" letter and send it to VD. after that I called Christophe MARGUERT from the VD court. He's not ready at all to discuss this decision. There is only one thing to do. We have to write all together to the VD court to state our "rejection" of this "order" and explain in details why. Too high costs to do it, or technical impossibility may be acceptable reasons.
