According to the UVEK Dept, they (the UVEK dept) don't have the authority to tell ISPs
to block websites. They can only order traffic monitoring. I was told to call a lawyer
at the BAKOM, which is the only authority in this matter, because blocking a website
is a concept defined in the telecommunications law.

So I called BAKOM. There I was told that they "doubt that it makes sense to block a
website for futile reasons like personal offenses", but since it's a judge's order,
it's better to obey (a judge actually *can* legally order to block a website!). Free
"tip" from BAKOM: just block the website for 2-3 weeks, write this in a letter to
Judge Dessaux, then un-block the website after that period has passed. If no further
communication is received from the above mentioned judge, the matter can be considered
closed. Otherwise we'd have to discuss further.

How does that sound?
