hmm..maybe this is a new business case for the gov's: 1. make sure you have a nice new law 2. make sure it's technically impossible for the isp to obey 3. make sure billing and law is fully function and send a 1-mio. bill to the provider or put them all into jail :) (and tell the 'statistisches amt' that we have: -1 ISP)
