let me share some further reading regarding canton Vaud.
Two days ago we received the following lettre from 'Ministere Public of
Canton de Vaud':

excuse typos etc. I removed or blacked names of involved lawyers and
companies.
They recommend the rejection of the opposition of the involved ISP's,
and the reasons are rather interesting.
