Ask BAKOKM to provide the complete list of allocated phone numbers,
including the romabale ones to block any dial-up connections, too. Of
course, the Telcos must be involved. This is the way to start the
process. Reason: Development of counter measure applications and
services, no further operations expected for the next six to 18 months.
They will like it.

They are all transporting illegal stuff !
They should also prohibit "packets" from/to certain known illegal
addresses !!!
