hi, In a nutshell: Swisscom promises to deliver full bandwidth for their ADSL- customers, PPPoE-overhead already taken into account (current situation: customer buys 512 kbit/s, gets 512 kbit/s minus PPPoE).
Kassensturz wasn't worth watching, though, they confused a lot of things such as PPPoE (which is falsely called "additional security".
