facts are: - the third floor was (as i have seen) without power
maybe. fact is: we lost tiscali international. they are in the first row (A..) in the third floor. our rack did not go down, we are B19.
- the usv held for about 10-15minutes - our equipment and the most of them in your floor was out of power - the some servers from your row (at the window) where also without power (i think so)
maybe you have a special contract with IXEurope *g*
maybe ... you never know :-)
