You can buy the fuses yourself. Having a key would be more useful as even if EWZ is coming because within 15 minutes the UPS batteries are already empty. It's a little bit like a coitus interuptus, only that you have to be fast to plug it in instead of pulling it out...
I do not think the EWZ is giving the key for the cabinet with the 400A fuse right away... even if you'd tell me you'd have the key... I would not believe you until I've seen it!
400A at 400V is 160 KW/h
